The guest register has several roles. The register works as a security measure. When people look at your home and give their personal information it helps you know who they are. If they are hesitant about giving you this information, you should be hesitant about letting them view your home. In addition let them know someone will be contacting them for their feedback on your home. The feedback of your home through a third party will allow them to be more candid and allow you to know how you compare with other houses on the housing market. This service helps us target buyers who might need our professional services as well. Win, Win for both of us.
Once a week after the showing of your home, Monday seems to be the best day, but any day is fine to do so.
After you fax or email your guest register to us, our staff will call the potential buyers who have seen your home and ask a series of questions. We will then contact you either by email, phone or fax, whichever is more convenient for you.

Key Home Listings and the listing ID number in all of your home marketing. Potential buyers can view all your information and photos. By giving out your listing ID number in your other home marketing, it makes it easier for a potential buyer to view your home on

While in the listings page click on the browse button, search for the location of the picture in your computer. You usually just double click on the picture and the location will show in the browse box. when you have added all the pictures you want up to 12 click on the sub mit button.
